Job summary

This role focuses on driving the growth of AI solutions in compliance workflows for financial clients. The AI Expansion Specialist will identify automation opportunities, build business cases, and lead the implementation of AI use cases while collaborating closely with clients and the product team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a commercial, consulting, or solutions role with exposure to AI or automation.
• Proven ability to create business cases and articulate value to senior executives.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow software.
• Ability to think in scalable patterns and apply solutions across multiple clients.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for in-depth understanding of compliance processes.
• Strong written communication skills for creating clear briefs from client interactions.
