Job summary

This role focuses on driving the growth of AI solutions in compliance workflows for financial clients. The AI Expansion Specialist will identify automation opportunities, develop business cases, and lead the implementation of AI use cases in collaboration with clients and the product team.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in a commercial, consulting, or solutions role with exposure to AI or automation.
  • Proven ability to build business cases and present them to senior leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow software.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalability.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites for in-depth understanding of compliance workflows.
  • Excellent written communication skills for creating clear briefs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site visits to map detailed compliance workflows and identify automation opportunities.
  • Develop structured business cases quantifying the value of automation for senior leadership.
  • Lead the scoping, piloting, and implementation of AI use cases in collaboration with clients.
  • Define success metrics and track pilot projects rigorously.
  • Document validated use cases to create repeatable processes for future clients.
  • Provide structured feedback to the product team regarding client needs and opportunities.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in AI and automation tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
