Broker / Account Manager (Insurance, EMEA, Flexible Locations)

Job summary

This role involves managing and expanding a portfolio of captive insurance clients across the EMEA region. The position requires building strong relationships with clients and reinsurers while providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the captive insurance sector, either within a captive or at a reinsurer.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proactive and driven with a focus on business growth.
• Strong understanding of the captive insurance market and industry dynamics.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
