This position involves driving B2B sales opportunities for clients through a Sales-as-a-Service model, focusing on market segmentation, outbound sales, and market analytics. The role emphasizes the integration of technology, including AI tools, with personalized outreach methods.
Responsibilities
Key performance and learning objectives
- Conduct outbound sales activities via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Generate business opportunities for clients in the Nordic region.
- Manage and nurture individual sales pipelines.
- Support customer success through regular reports and meetings.
- Optimize internal processes and share best practices.
- Utilize CRM systems and AI tools to enhance outreach efforts.
- Conduct outreach in fluent Swedish, aiming to generate at least 60 new leads and 14 quality opportunities monthly.
- Work with Hubspot to log activities and provide insights through monthly reports.
- Participate in client meetings, presenting progress and results.
- Foster a proactive mindset, contributing ideas and identifying improvements.
- Engage in a collaborative team culture, supporting each other and promoting inclusivity.
Skills
- Fluent in Swedish, with strong communication skills.
- Experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
