About the role

Job summary

This is a full-time internship opportunity in the International Business Development Team, starting from July/August 2026 to August 2027, based in Copenhagen. The role focuses on supporting global business development efforts in markets outside Scandinavia, contributing to project pursuits and client management.

Qualifications

  • Completed undergraduate degree or ongoing post-graduate studies (post-graduates are not eligible).
  • Interest in design and architecture.
  • Background in architecture, business, marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills in written and verbal English.
  • Copywriting experience for summarizing key information.
  • Eye for graphic design.
  • Team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
  • Fluency in German, French, or Dutch is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience with InDesign is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Business Development team and Design Directors with project pursuits and client management.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Prepare and manage marketing and outreach materials.
  • Track opportunities from lead stage to competition.
  • Contribute to proposals, bids, and presentations.
  • Support marketing campaigns, industry events, and client visits.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and provide strategic advice to Design Directors.

Skills

  • Strong communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Education

  • Undergraduate degree in relevant fields.

Tools

  • Familiarity with InDesign is a plus.
