Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Familiarity with working alongside external partners or distributors.
  • Understanding of modernization or technical B2B solutions.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and align with regional teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Independent work ethic and proactive attitude.
  • Experience delivering results in an international context.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential channel partners in priority markets.
  • Oversee partner onboarding from initial agreements to first orders, collaborating closely with regional teams.
  • Assist partners during their initial commercial projects to secure early successes and references.
  • Define and communicate the commercial rules, value propositions, and partnership models to partners.
  • Coordinate with engineering and process teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Gather structured feedback from partners and regions to enhance the partnership model.
  • Monitor KPIs with partners and areas to drive growth.
  • Contribute to the creation of partner playbooks, pitch materials, and success stories.

Skills

  • Strong business development and sales acumen.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject.

Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools may be beneficial.
