Job summary

The role involves driving business growth and enhancing product performance within the LCL and CRM sectors. The manager will focus on improving sales effectiveness and customer awareness while ensuring alignment with business targets through data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong product knowledge and experience in LCL and CRM (Cargo Risk Management) business.
  • Solid understanding of the global supply chain industry.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ambitious and results-oriented with confidence in driving change.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English and a local language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Latvian). Additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver product training to various sales teams and communicate updates and enhancements.
  • Provide targeted support to key verticals and customer segments to drive growth.
  • Manage pipeline growth and collaborate with teams to improve sales cycles and conversion rates.
  • Analyze lost opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Support onboarding processes and act as the first escalation point for execution issues.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Education

  • Relevant experience in business development or sales within the logistics sector is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance metrics is essential.
