Job summary

The Channel Account Executive will engage with channel partners in the Nordics region, focusing on supporting existing partners and targeting new ones to drive sales and brand loyalty. The role involves collaboration with sales and marketing leadership to align operational needs and contribute to regional strategy.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in the security sector, specifically with Video Management Systems and Access Control.
  • Proven experience managing partner relationships and engaging with Director-level stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle from end-user to consultancy and delivery through integrators.
  • Strong account management and partnership development skills.
  • Demonstrated success in technology sales with a solid track record.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to identify operational needs and set strategic direction.
  • Develop business plans and performance objectives, conducting regular account reviews.
  • Measure program success and implement improvement strategies.
  • Communicate product and offering updates to the channel partner community across EMEA.
  • Work with field sales teams to analyze regional trends and partner needs.
  • Represent channel partners at regional events and engagements as needed.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in client demonstrations.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Capacity to build relationships and credibility with customers and partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

  • Proficiency in English and Danish; Finnish language skills are a plus.

Tools

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with IP technology and networking is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with SaaS solutions is beneficial.
