About the role

Job summary

The Channel Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding a referral/reseller network in North & Central EMEA. This role involves researching potential local partners, recruiting new ones, and enabling them to sell effectively. The position requires collaboration with various internal teams to drive sales initiatives and achieve commercial success with channel partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in channel management or sales
  • Strong ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly at the executive level

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow the referral/reseller network in assigned markets
  • Research and recruit local resellers/referral partners
  • Drive specific sales initiatives to expand the reseller footprint
  • Collaborate with sales, Customer Experience, Customer Success, and Product teams
  • Manage end-to-end partner relations including acquisition, onboarding, and growth
  • Conduct visits and virtual meetings with channel partners
  • Build business cases with partners for structured growth
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets for channel sales

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in pipeline management and sales strategy development

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in sales or business development
