Qualifications

• Deep understanding of current and future AI trends and their applications.
• Proven experience in leading AI implementations or digital transformations in technology firms of similar scale.
• Ability to simplify complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies.
• Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple AI initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience influencing C-Suite executives while mentoring teams.
• Familiarity with the iGaming ecosystem is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the AI strategy in collaboration with top management.
• Create and manage a high-impact AI roadmap with technical and business stakeholders.
• Establish and lead an internal AI Competence Centre to promote best practices.
• Supervise AI Focus Teams to ensure rapid project execution from concept to production.
• Implement tracking mechanisms for AI-driven improvements and report on ROI to the Board.
