About the role

Job summary

The Client Partner is responsible for driving customer success and managing relationships with key accounts in the supply chain sector. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring the effective delivery of solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or consulting, ideally in the supply chain software or technology industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, serving as the primary contact for client needs.
  • Create strategic account plans that align with each client’s business objectives and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of solutions, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Advocate for clients within the organization by communicating feedback to product management and presenting updates to clients.
  • Engage in business development activities, including proposal development and contract negotiations, to pursue new opportunities within existing accounts.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and proficiency in supply chain management software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with supply chain management software and project management tools.
