This role focuses on enhancing sales performance across the Nordic region by optimizing the commercial engine from lead generation to deal execution. The position is pivotal in driving digital sales transformation and requires collaboration with sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, preferably in complex environments.
  • Experience in sales operations, reporting, and opportunity management.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, digital sales tools, and Power BI.
  • Background in commercial excellence or sales enablement roles.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in driving change and implementing new operational methods.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Fluency in Danish, English, and one Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to enhance sales and commercial performance across Nordic markets.
  • Establish standards for pipeline management, data quality, and forecasting.
  • Promote the use of CRM and CPQ tools to optimize commercial execution.
