Job summary

The role of Commercial Executive involves leading the design and execution of commercial strategies for customers, focusing on revenue generation and growth. This position requires building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and negotiating profitable deals while ensuring compliance throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue and business growth while ensuring compliance in the sales process.
  • Understand customer needs, address objections, and tailor commercial solutions for long-term success.
  • Lead internal and external sales through effective deal-making and commercial constructs.
  • Identify and maximize business opportunities with new offerings and ensure successful deal execution.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance stakeholders to define negotiation strategies and align on pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Prepare compelling negotiation proposals and effectively address customer concerns.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and collaborate with peers to achieve business continuity.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in sales and negotiation.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Finance, Communication, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: Master's Degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of sales and negotiation experience.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with sales and negotiation tools and platforms is beneficial.
