Job summary

This role involves leading account development and AI-led expansion for a compliance automation platform, ensuring clients maximize their use of the service. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying automation opportunities and building structured business cases to support client engagement.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in a commercial, consulting, or strategic customer success role.
  • Proven ability to create commercial arguments or business cases from scratch.
  • Strong systems thinking and process-building skills.
  • Comfortable discussing automation and AI with compliance professionals.
  • Willingness to spend significant time at client sites.
  • Ability to thrive in a role that requires building from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain structured account maps for each client, identifying usage, gaps, and expansion potential.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a prioritized framework for expansion opportunities.
  • Build a library of business cases to support future expansion discussions.
  • Identify and quantify automation opportunities for clients.
  • Lead the scoping, piloting, and implementation of automation use cases in collaboration with clients and the product team.
  • Represent client interests in internal product discussions.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with compliance automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
