Job summary

This role involves providing strategic communication support within the Business Banking sector of a leading Nordic bank. The position focuses on enhancing employee engagement and aligning communication strategies with business objectives through multi-channel communication.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of ten years of experience in communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to align communication goals with business objectives.
  • Experience in content development and production.
  • Proficient in English, with additional Nordic language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Offer multi-channel communication advice and drive strategic communication projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Business Banking to manage the communication agenda.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with business priorities and is well-coordinated.
  • Create engaging internal and external content, including articles and presentations.
  • Develop and implement communication plans that align with Group strategy.
  • Support change management communication strategies for organizational initiatives.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and independence in approach.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Education

  • Relevant degree in communication or related field preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with communication tools and platforms for content creation and distribution.
