Job summary

The role involves working with advanced computer vision and AI technologies to innovate within airport systems. The position is part of a cross-functional team focused on robotics and vision engineering, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Degree in computer science, robotics, computer vision, machine learning, or a related field.
  • Experience or strong interest in machine learning, 3D perception, point-cloud processing, synthetic data, feature extraction, and multi-sensor systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance classification models for profiling irregularly shaped items.
  • Design and implement point-cloud fusion and 3D processing pipelines.
  • Build and optimize detection and segmentation models for object localization and tracking.
  • Create vision-driven decision inputs for robotic planning strategies.
  • Collaborate with robotics engineers for real-time perception-based control.

Skills

  • Solid understanding of computer vision and AI fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, PyTorch, TensorFlow, CUDA, and modern 2D/3D vision frameworks.
  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to explore new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.

Education

  • A degree in a relevant field is required, with openness to both experienced candidates and recent graduates.

Tools

  • Python, C++, PyTorch, TensorFlow, CUDA, and various 2D/3D vision frameworks.
