An internship opportunity is available within the R&D team, focusing on Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for sustainable architecture. The position is based in Copenhagen and lasts between 6 to 12 months, with potential for extension. Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant educational program and must remain enrolled throughout the internship.
  • Motivated to learn and develop skills in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a willingness to improve.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Danish and software like Revit/Rhino is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in LCA calculations for buildings and components, evaluating environmental impacts of materials and construction systems.
  • Conduct material knowledge exploration through research and meetings with manufacturers.
  • Support early-stage assessments by structuring inputs and quantifying design solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and organize LCA data, preparing sustainability reports for internal and client use.

Skills

  • Experience with LCA software such as LCAByg or One-click-LCA.
  • Understanding of sustainable building design principles.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant educational program is mandatory.

Tools

  • Familiarity with LCA software (e.g., LCAbyg, One Click LCA).
  • Knowledge of design software such as Revit and Rhino is advantageous.
