Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of experience in consumer insights, ideally in product innovation or portfolio strategy.
  • Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Proven experience in concept testing, product validation, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent storytelling and strategic framing abilities to create compelling narratives from data.
  • Strong project leadership skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams in a dynamic setting.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English and experienced with PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the consumer-driven insight agenda for collection architecture and product innovation.
  • Identify opportunities based on consumer insights and integrate trends to guide innovation.
  • Manage the product testing process, including idea screening and validation, translating results into actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee the pricing insights program, incorporating market signals into pricing decisions.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and mentor Insights specialists to enhance research quality and methodologies.
  • Promote continuous improvement in product testing and integrated insights.
