Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs for CRM development.
• Document business requirements and identify gaps for CRM development teams.
• Support the Product Owner by refining features and creating user stories for product development.
• Lead global CRM program implementation and provide ongoing support.
• Promote best practices for CRM usage in marketing and resolve related issues.
• Partner with IT and marketing teams to enhance collaboration and CRM effectiveness.
• Optimize CRM marketing technologies and strategies in partnership with the CRM Program Manager.
