About the role

Job summary

This position involves participating in the implementation and operation of Dynamics 365 FO, focusing on Supply Chain Management processes. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to enhance the ERP application landscape.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience with D365 FO and a strong functional understanding of Supply Chain Management and Commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with SCM configuration in D365 FO, including security and roles setup.
  • Familiarity with system integrations through APIs, data entities, or batch jobs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of D365 FO SCM solutions, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable D365 FO solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders from Supply Chain, Retail, and Store Operations.
  • Configure, implement, and document D365 FO processes and integrations.
  • Review customizations for long-term maintainability and support testing strategies.
  • Monitor integrations, data flows, and application health, acting as an escalation point for complex issues.

Skills

  • Strong functional understanding of Supply Chain Management and Commerce.
  • Ability to work across multiple D365 FO modules and design cohesive solutions.
  • Experience in retail environments is advantageous.

Education

  • Relevant qualifications in IT, Business, or a related field are preferred.

Tools

  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 FO and related ERP tools.
