Job summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is tasked with planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, generating demand, and fostering customer engagement. This role collaborates with various teams to implement compliant digital campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences.
  • Proficient in digital campaign execution, email marketing, social media, and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement using KPIs.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks is advantageous.
  • Experience in international marketing setups is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including website, email, and social media.
  • Localize global marketing assets and coordinate with teams for translations and compliance.
  • Develop and manage digital content for healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Support SEO, email marketing, and social media efforts in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Track and analyze digital campaign performance and create reports on effectiveness and ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, and Legal teams.
  • Work with Sales and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of digital initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, a life science degree with relevant digital marketing experience.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with some travel expected (up to 20 days per year).

Tools

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms for campaign management and analytics.
