Job summary

The role involves driving business development and sales activities across Europe for a biopharmaceutical organization. The Director will identify, evaluate, and negotiate development and manufacturing contracts, contributing to company growth and profitability.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the CMO/CDMO industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Established network within the biopharmaceutical sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the pursuit of new business opportunities with clients across Europe.
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet annual sales targets.
  • Engage with prospective and existing clients, develop tailored proposals, and effectively communicate organizational capabilities.
  • Facilitate site visits and coordinate follow-up communication to advance opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Contribute to regional marketing activities and provide market intelligence.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and business meetings.
