Job summary

This leadership role focuses on developing and expanding a Shopify channel to become a significant revenue source in a performance-driven direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment. The position involves hands-on management initially, transitioning to leading a specialized team as the channel grows. The role is crucial for enhancing customer experience, optimizing conversion funnels, and ensuring long-term profitability.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in scaling Shopify stores for DTC brands, with measurable improvements in revenue, conversion rates (CVR), average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Proficient in Shopify, including themes, Liquid, apps, and integrations.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and performance enhancement, including dashboard creation and data interpretation.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing tools like Klaviyo, focusing on segmentation, automation, and revenue tracking.
  • Understanding of tracking and attribution across paid marketing channels.
  • Preferred experience in supplements, health/wellness, or regulated DTC sectors.
  • Strong collaboration skills to align marketing, creative, and operations teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on ownership and data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership experience or readiness to manage teams in a rapidly growing environment.
