Job summary

Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience in e-commerce, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling direct-to-consumer e-commerce for skincare, beauty, or health-related brands.
  • Proficient in Shopify or similar platforms, with a strong background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and site merchandising.
  • Data-driven approach to managing revenue targets and P&L responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in team and partner management.
  • Preferred experience with clinically positioned brands and international e-commerce.
