Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction and create a roadmap for integration platforms.
• Ensure service ownership and governance of API and EDI/B2B platforms, maintaining operational control and compliance.
• Manage platform stability, performance, and resilience, ensuring risk management and security controls.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through standardization and automation.
• Oversee vendor performance and stakeholder engagement, ensuring accountability and effective communication.
• Provide leadership reporting on service health, risks, and roadmap progress.
