This role is pivotal in driving the global commercial objectives for two renowned luxury brands. The Director of Marketing will define and lead the marketing vision, shaping long-term strategies while ensuring impactful execution across various channels.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 8 years of senior marketing experience in the luxury goods sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global marketing and communications strategies aligned with brand visions and business goals.
  • Lead the creation and management of a global commercial calendar, ensuring alignment with sales targets and product launches.
  • Empower and lead a diverse marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors to translate creative visions into marketing initiatives that maintain brand consistency.
  • Serve as the liaison between marketing, sales, eCommerce, and retail teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
  • Set and monitor regional marketing budgets in partnership with Finance and Merchandising teams.

  • Proven ability to lead global marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Strong financial acumen for effective budget management.
  • Expertise in cross-functional collaboration and omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Professionally fluent in English required.
