Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience in paid media, with a minimum of 2 years in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • At least 4 years of experience in team leadership, managing senior-level professionals.
  • Proven track record in managing enterprise-level paid media budgets exceeding $50k per month.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue expansion and retention within client portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the long-term strategy for Paid Media, translating it into actionable plans and KPIs.
  • Drive revenue growth and retention across the paid media client portfolio.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client leaders, influencing business outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of senior paid media managers.
  • Ensure service excellence in all campaigns, focusing on scalability and measurable impact.
  • Establish operational processes, including capacity planning and data-driven decision-making.
  • Adapt paid media offerings to meet evolving B2B SaaS client needs.

Skills

  • Expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with a solid understanding of Meta Ads.
  • Strong grasp of marketing attribution, pipeline influence, and revenue reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making abilities.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with paid media management tools and analytics platforms is essential.
