Job summary

The District Manager will lead the Acquisition Sales Team for Norway and Denmark, focusing on high-impact projects in a dynamic environment. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage complex sales processes and drive team success through effective coaching and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in managing and closing new client relationships independently
  • Strong focus on new business sales
  • Ability to motivate and lead a sales team effectively

  • Strategic thinker with an understanding of broader business drivers

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the product to guide sales and navigate legal negotiations
  • Recruit and build a successful sales team
  • Coach and develop field sales representatives
  • Strategically plan and assign accounts to scale territories
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure successful events and attendance
  • Manage the sales cycle effectively, including POC execution and partner alignment
  • Ensure customer success through strategic account planning and engagement with Customer Advisory Services
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings with the Regional Vice President
  • Build a regional partner network with key ecosystem partners

Skills

  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Strong organizational and contact management abilities
  • Ability to navigate complex negotiations and eliminate technical barriers

Education

  • BA/BS required

Tools

  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems is preferred.
