Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Commercial Excellence in an international B2B environment, preferably in industrial or technical sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, CRM systems, and performance metrics.
  • Experience in a matrix organization with the ability to drive change without formal authority.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and adopt sales processes, KPI frameworks, and CRM disciplines across European markets.
  • Balance standardization and flexibility between global frameworks and local realities.
  • Strengthen sales capabilities through training, coaching, and hands-on support in value selling and pipeline management.
  • Drive execution discipline through structured performance follow-up, forecasting, and CRM data quality.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives, including key account development and complex commercial opportunities.
  • Capture regional insights and best practices to improve global Sales Excellence frameworks.

Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking combined with a pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building trust and influencing across cultures and organizational levels.
  • Resilient and persistent, with a curious and solution-oriented approach.

Education

  • Relevant degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
