About the role

Job summary

An experienced Executive Assistant is needed to support the CEO of a reputable pharmaceutical organization focused on critical care and anti-infective therapies. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's daily activities and administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant for senior leaders in a larger global organization.
  • A degree in Linguistics, Languages, Economics, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's busy calendar and travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and hotel bookings.
  • Coordinate interactions with the Board of Directors and manage all related administrative tasks, including organizing Board meetings.
  • Complete monthly expense reports and prepare correspondence.
  • Compile documents for meetings and ensure all necessary materials are ready.

Skills

  • Superb organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to prioritize multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive and curious personality with proven relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
  • Action-oriented problem solver who drives tasks to successful outcomes.

Education

  • Degree in Linguistics, Languages, Economics, or Business Administration preferred.

Tools

  • Proficiency in standard office software and communication tools is expected.
