Job summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Global Library Manager to oversee the governance and lifecycle of a global DCS and MES library across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience in coordinating projects across global teams and managing multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Govern global DCS & MES library standards and lifecycle, ensuring a single source of truth
• Monitor system versions and coordinate upgrades with local system owners
• Design and execute migration strategies across sites in Denmark and the U.S.
• Build standardized migration packages with relevant documentation
• Ensure traceability by linking documentation and validation materials to deployments
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Engineering, and QA for alignment
• Execute change and compliance workflows in line with regulatory requirements
• Perform validation and post-deployment checks for continuous improvement
• Deliver reporting and dashboards on migration progress and compliance
• Identify risks and manage incident response initiatives
