Qualifications

  • Proven track record in managing sales performance and CRM systems.
  • Experience in international environments, ideally within industrial or technical sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global Sales Operations & Insights area, focusing on data-driven sales execution and performance management.
  • Own and develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and pipeline analytics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Standardize sales processes and ensure alignment across regions in a matrix organization.
  • Drive CRM adoption and data quality, playing a key role in CRM transformation initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with high visibility to executives, contributing to strategic programs within Sales Excellence.
