Job summary

This role involves leading the enterprise architecture function to ensure alignment between IT strategy and business goals, enhancing organizational efficiency through innovative technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Over 10 years of experience in IT architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity
  • Proven experience in developing and executing enterprise architecture strategies in complex organizations
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures, microservices, and modern application development methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the enterprise architecture strategy in line with organizational vision and goals
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define technology roadmaps and priorities
  • Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and best practices
  • Ensure architecture supports business capabilities and drives transformation initiatives
  • Work with IT and business leaders to identify enterprise-wide technology needs and challenges
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and promote understanding of architecture principles
  • Document and govern end-to-end global processes linked to enterprise architecture
  • Establish governance frameworks for adherence to architectural standards and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform architectural decisions
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing enterprise architecture team
  • Communicate architectural strategies and benefits to stakeholders at all levels
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on technology and architectural matters.
