Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in private equity or venture capital, with a proven track record.
  • Experience in building a startup from the ground up or as a key commercial hire in a scaling company.
  • Strong analytical skills to engage effectively with PE analysts and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the go-to-market (GTM) strategy from inception, managing the entire commercial funnel.
  • Determine market priorities and set the strategic direction independently.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance the sales pipeline and close deals.
  • Participate in high-stakes meetings with PE firms, providing insights on talent risk and portfolio optimization.

Skills

  • Expertise in private equity/venture capital with firsthand exposure.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in long enterprise sales cycles and navigating complex decision-making processes.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
