• Collaborate with Group IT to enhance operational efficiency through harmonized applications and infrastructure.
• Standardize processes and identify opportunities for automation and digitalization.
• Engage with business units to translate challenges into impactful digital initiatives.
• Lead change management for digital initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adoption.
• Promote data literacy and strengthen data governance in partnership with Group IT.
