Job summary

This role involves leading the global media strategy for a prominent vaccine company, focusing on enhancing its presence in international media and shaping the narrative around vaccines and public health. The position requires collaboration with senior leadership and the Corporate Affairs team to ensure impactful messaging and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in corporate communications or media relations, ideally in biotech, vaccines, life sciences, or healthcare.
• Established relationships with major international media and a strong network of European journalists; US media connections are a plus.
• Proven track record of advising senior executives and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global media strategy to enhance the company's reputation and visibility.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with international journalists and influencers.
• Proactively engage with media to drive storytelling and secure high-quality coverage.
• Provide strategic guidance for press releases, announcements, and media materials.
• Collaborate with Commercial leadership to align media efforts with business goals and product launches.
• Position the company as a thought leader in vaccines and public health.
• Advise senior executives on media relations and public messaging.
• Support initiatives that enhance global reputation and stakeholder engagement.

Education
