Job summary

This position offers a unique opportunity for a proactive student worker to join a Public Affairs team focused on political engagement in Europe. The role involves supporting stakeholder coordination and operational excellence within the biotechnology sector, particularly in oncology.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with approximately 2 years remaining before graduation.
• Based in Denmark, with a background in Political Science, Business, Public Health, Communications, or a related social science.
• Motivated by political engagement and high-quality administrative execution.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Available for approximately 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Monitor political developments and initiatives across Europe.
• Support communication with stakeholders such as governments, patient organizations, and health authorities.
• Assist in organizing meetings and roundtables with external partners.
• Prepare summaries, briefings, and communication materials.
• Help organize events and conferences.
• Manage suppliers and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Support budget tracking and procurement processes.
• Manage contracts and agreements.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and managing processes efficiently.
• Ability to navigate different stakeholders with empathy and effective communication.

Education
