Job summary

A strategic leader is sought to drive the growth and innovation of the Paid Search discipline across the EMEA region. This role involves transforming traditional Paid Search management into an AI-driven approach, enhancing client portfolios, and ensuring team empowerment and performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Paid Search.
  • Strong autonomy and proactive decision-making skills.
  • Deep understanding of AI and machine learning applications.
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Broader knowledge of digital marketing including Social, Display, and Content Marketing.
  • Experience in mentoring and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the performance and profitability of Paid Search across EMEA.
  • Transition from traditional to AI-driven Paid Search management.
  • Engage in new business pitches and refine sales narratives.
  • Establish effective organizational structures for Paid Search teams.
  • Drive the adoption of technology and data-led approaches.
  • Coach and mentor Paid Search Leads and consultants.
  • Oversee major Paid Search clients and drive project excellence.
  • Facilitate collaboration with adjacent marketing crafts.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices across teams.

Skills

  • Analytical and flexible with the ability to work independently.
  • Results-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with AI tools and digital marketing platforms.
