Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent higher education in business, engineering, or a related field

  • Strong change-leadership capability, with the ability to motivate and build trust among diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Identify, establish, and grow strategic partnerships in the Danish market to foster local and Nordic growth
  • Lead and develop the Danish P&NBO team, ensuring readiness for future challenges
  • Execute and refine partnership frameworks to enhance both existing and new collaborations
  • Drive vision and strategic direction as part of the Danish management team, ensuring alignment across the organization

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to spot new opportunities in a dynamic market
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of creating alignment and engagement across teams
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on turning new opportunities into tangible results

Education

  • Master’s degree or equivalent higher education in business, engineering, or a related field
