Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering Digital Platform Services to Country Offices, including cloud-based solutions and security services.
• Support coordination and documentation for Smart Facility Projects, including business cases and proposals.
• Provide advisory support for ICT infrastructure implementation.
• Help maintain and upgrade connectivity monitoring platforms.
• Promote and test cloud solutions, particularly Cisco/Meraki technologies.
• Assist in developing cloud-based Unified Communication Systems.
• Support the development of Business Applications using SharePoint Online and PowerBI.
• Contribute to service management models and enterprise architecture governance.
• Help develop training materials and organize conferences.
• Assist in promoting the ICT strategic framework and hosting webinars.
