Job summary

The ICT Assistant role is situated within the ICT & Data Analytics Team, focusing on supporting the Supply Chain Management Unit (SCMU). This position is essential for ensuring the effective operation of ICT services and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in installing and configuring application systems software and hardware.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining telecommunication systems and related equipment.
• Familiarity with software and hardware integration, security, and data recovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure application systems software and hardware as per specifications.
• Monitor and maintain daily operations of telecommunication systems and equipment.
• Conduct troubleshooting and analysis of equipment malfunctions, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary contact for user requests and provide technical support for hardware and software applications.
• Maintain and support customized application software systems, collaborating with senior IT staff.
• Manage the SCMU ICT service catalogue and resolve level 1 support calls.
• Collaborate with global service desk systems to address service desk calls and technical issues.
• Assist in the support of internal business applications, including CRM and supply chain applications.

Education
