ICT Engineering Intern (Remote, International)

Job summary

This internship offers a unique opportunity to engage in ICT and Green Energy solutions within an international context, supporting various country offices globally. Interns will gain hands-on experience that contributes to global development efforts while working in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a postgraduate degree program or final year of a bachelor's degree program, or recent graduation in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering Digital Platform Services to country offices, including cloud-based network infrastructure and security services.
• Provide advisory support for stable ICT infrastructure implementation.
• Support maintenance and improvement of the Global NMS platform.
• Promote and work with cloud solutions, including Cisco/Meraki technologies.
• Develop and implement cloud-based Unified Communication Systems.
• Assist in creating Business Applications using SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and PowerBI.
• Contribute to service management models and draft training materials.
• Help organize internal and external conferences.
• Promote the ICT strategic framework and assist in webinars.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ICT systems performance.

Skills

• Understanding of cloud computing and infrastructure technologies.
• Knowledge of Information Security principles.
• Familiarity with ICT operation support and standard practices.
• Basic programming skills for task automation.
• Strong client orientation and relationship management skills.

Education

• Enrollment in or completion of a relevant degree program.
