Infor M3 Administrator & Architect (Remote, Europe)

Job summary

This role involves overseeing the administration and optimization of the Infor M3 ERP system, providing essential techno-functional support to enhance business processes, particularly in finance operations. The position can be based in Denmark or remotely from another European country.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Infor CloudSuite / M3.
• Strong general financial knowledge; direct experience with the M3 Finance module is preferred.
• Hands-on expertise with Infor tools such as MEC, ION, XtendM3, H5 SDK, H5 Scripts, IDM, and IFS Security.
• Deep understanding of M3 business processes, including Customer Order-to-Cash, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Familiarity with APIs, messaging, and data mapping.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Infor M3 system for optimal performance and security.
• Provide end-to-end support for M3 solutions, translating business needs into technical designs.
• Configure M3 modules focusing on Finance, Purchasing, and Warehousing processes.
• Manage integrations between Infor and non-Infor applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Offer 1st-level support for M3 users and liaise with external vendors for 2nd-level support.
• Develop extensions to enhance UI and automate business processes.
• Ensure system security and compliance, maintaining detailed documentation.
• Assist in setting up analytics reporting to improve decision-making.

Education
