Integration Support Engineer (Remote, Lahore)

Job summary

This role involves providing technical support for integration services in a client-facing capacity. The position requires strong communication skills and attention to detail, focusing on configuring and enhancing integration services rather than core product development.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve integration tickets in collaboration with clients.
• Perform data mapping between various systems.
• Install and maintain integration services, including ODBC and related connectors.
• Implement code adjustments to support integration workflows.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and data inconsistencies.
• Document configurations and resolutions clearly.

• 4+ years of experience with SQL and database architecture.
• 4+ years of experience in data mapping and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with backend services and system integrations.
• Familiarity with ODBC connectivity.
• Working knowledge of Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Strong communication skills for client updates.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Self-directed and able to manage workload independently.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS or legal technology.
• Familiarity with API-based integrations.
• Exposure to data warehouse environments.
• Timely resolution of integration tickets with proactive client communication.
• Stable data flow between systems and clean documentation.
