Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong background in value-based or consultative sales methodologies
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Proficient in pipeline management and CRM tools

Responsibilities

  • Own and progress sales opportunities from discovery to closure
  • Conduct structured discovery sessions to identify customer goals and challenges
  • Quantify value potential aligned with customer objectives
  • Facilitate discussions focused on business impact rather than just product features
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and guide them through decision-making processes
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast revenue
  • Collaborate with BDRs and marketing to enhance lead quality and messaging
  • Share insights with product and leadership to influence strategy

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred.

  • Experience with pricing strategy and marketing performance tools is advantageous.
