Job summary

This role involves supporting the Investor Relations department during a major international summit, focusing on enhancing the experience for a diverse group of investors. The position is available for part-time or full-time engagement from April to August 2026.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Venture Capital is beneficial.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong copywriting abilities.
• Experience in high-end hospitality or service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic research to identify key stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals.
• Create engaging content for event descriptions, invitations, and social media.
• Develop digital assets using tools like Canva and AI applications.
• Maintain communication with partners, speakers, and VIP guests.
• Assist in planning and executing logistics for various events during the summit.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with digital design tools and social media platforms.

Education

• Relevant coursework or experience in finance, event management, or a related field is preferred.
