• Provide technical support for network and connectivity issues, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Handle incoming incidents and monitor alarms, escalating complex issues as necessary.
• Assist in organizing global webinars and training sessions for capacity building.
• Develop operational procedures and documentation for IoT systems, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
