Job summary

The Key Account Manager for the Nordic region will be instrumental in fostering relationships with key retail partners and driving sales growth. This role involves collaboration with sales leadership to implement strategies that enhance market share and revenue while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development.
  • Highly driven, independent, and reliable with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize pricing strategies for assigned accounts based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors to drive sales and foster long-term business relationships.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, analyze data, and conduct market research to support sales objectives.
  • Tailor strategies to meet customer needs, maximizing sales and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and meet customer demands.
  • Represent the company at major trade fairs to enhance brand presence.
  • Manage new projects and tasks ensuring successful execution.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and market dynamics.
  • Proficient in sales forecasting, reporting, and managing multiple accounts and projects.
  • Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (preferred).

Tools

  • Proficiency in sales management and forecasting tools.
