Lead CMMS Consultant (Remote, Europe)

Job summary

This role involves leading the optimization and strategy of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions, particularly focusing on IFS Apps 10 and IFS Cloud, to enhance asset management across global operations. The consultant will collaborate with various business and technology teams to drive improvements in reliability, efficiency, and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Enterprise Asset Management, with a minimum of 7 years working with IFS Apps 10 and IFS Cloud.
• Proven leadership skills, including experience in leading teams and projects.
• Background in asset-intensive industries such as logistics, manufacturing, or energy is preferred.
• IFS certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continuous improvement of IFS EAM, focusing on Work Order Management and Preventive Maintenance.
• Contribute to the IFS roadmap and ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards.
• Optimize maintenance planning and enhance mobile maintenance solutions for field efficiency.
• Strengthen integration between maintenance, inventory, and finance for better control and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support business process improvements and provide insights through analytics.
• Provide leadership across projects, ensuring strong documentation and knowledge sharing.

Skills

• Strong understanding of IFS EAM modules and experience with system integrations and APIs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
