Job summary

Seeking a Lead Enterprise Architect with extensive ERP and Finance expertise to shape and enhance the global ERP architecture as part of a significant business transformation initiative. This role involves collaboration with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners to design a scalable and harmonized architecture that aligns with business strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field
• Over 10 years of experience in ERP architecture, enterprise architecture, or ERP consulting
• Proven track record in global ERP implementations and multi-country template rollouts

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global enterprise and ERP architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Design comprehensive ERP architecture, including modules, integrations, data structures, and technology stack
• Establish global architectural principles for applications, integrations, data flows, and security
• Oversee the design and governance of the global ERP template for consistency across regions
• Act as the technical gatekeeper for ERP and integration changes, ensuring adherence to standards
• Provide architectural guidance during ERP program execution, including vendor selection and implementation
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs across various domains
• Ensure quality assurance through architecture reviews and governance forums
• Support the transition from legacy ERP systems, maintaining stability and guiding development
• Identify architectural risks and define strategies for successful ERP program delivery

Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft technology stack, including Dynamics, Dataverse, Power Platform, APIs, and middleware
• Experience with legacy ERP systems and modernization programs
• Strong understanding of finance processes and data structures
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on architectural guidance
